Part 2: Viv Read and Julie Cunningham - Complex Facilitation
We're excited to welcome Viv Read and Julie Cunningham of Complexability back to The Complexity Lounge for Part 2 of their Sensemaking and Complex Facilitation discussion. In this session, Viv and Julie will tackle the complex facilitation question: What is it? What do we do? How do we start? (here's a hint: it's not just regulation facilitation techniques applied to complex situations). They'll answer these questions, and we'll have breakout sessions to work through a scenario. Please join us for the enlightening and invigorating session.
