Greg Brougham - Transformation, Is it a Thing?
If you are employed or know someone who is, you've probably been through an organizational or digital transformation -- maybe more than one. Sometimes it feels like all we do is transform. But are these transformations a thing -- or just another buzzword? And what are we transforming into? Greg Brougham joins us to discuss what transformation actually means. His talk will start from a more philosophical perspective and then explore what transformation may be and some of our current challenges.

Greg Brougham has a few decades of experience building and delivering complex systems. He has a decade of experience in using Cynefin and has published a short introductory book to it. More recently, Greg spent time as director of engineering for a blockchain start-up and has helped one of the leading UK telecom vendors with their digital transformation. He has interests in architecture, human behaviour, change, and sailing.
