Panel - Constraints, Materiality, and Higher Order Systems

Conway's Law states that “Organizations, who design systems, are constrained to produce designs which are copies of the communication structures of these organizations.”

Recently, in a discussion on Twitter, Trent Hone asked, "What if the solution architecture reflects the constraint structure of the context it arises from?" We were intrigued by the conversation that followed about constraints, materiality, and higher-order systems of constraints.

So, we asked some of the participants to continue that conversation in this panel discussion. It features Trent, Greg Brougham, Marc Burgauer, Chris Combe, and Chris Matts.

Constraints are a perennial topic of discussion @ The Complexity Lounge, and this conversation promises to raise as many questions as it answers. So get your questions ready and come and join the fun!
